What's new...

August 2011

With the increasing demand for our courses in South East Asia, we are proud to announce the appointment of our Regional Marketing Manager, Edmund Yip.  Edmund is an experienced project manager based in Singapore with good experience in many centres throughout the ASEAN region.  You can read Edmund's profile on our web site by clicking here.

June 2010

In recent years, John has frequently gone to Japan on business and less frequently to South East Asia, while Terry Quanborough continues travelling regularly to Singapore.

Once again, it is good to occasionally play the tourist rather than the project management guru!  Here is John exploring an historical Japanese town in the Nakasendo, one of the two famour roads between Kyoto and Tokyo travelled regularly by samurai and merchants in the shogun period.  This is the less known inland way, not the coast road shown in the famous prints.

April 2010

John delivered a three day course in managing complex projects in Auckland, New Zealand, for a major client in the telecommunications industry.

It's not all business - occasionally we can leave the client's offices or presentation room to do some sightseeing!

July 2009

Despite our love of South East Asia and the Far East, day to day business often brings Terry or John to regional centres.  John recently ran an intensive custom course on Advanced Project Management for the NSW Water Authority in Dubbo, NSW, and saw a very different view of Australia to that seen in corporate centres in Sydney and Melbourne.

Project Managers Network will customise any of our courses for your internal staff, whether our Managing Stakeholders or Advanced Project Management, we can shape new case examples or additional content for any industry at very reasonable rates.

July 2007

July brought John back to the South China Sea to conduct an advanced course run in Brunei for IT specialists.  A large number of government employees and staff from private companies attended this very popular two day workshop on IT project management, following its success in previous years in Malaysia.

Although John lived in Singapore for four years and frequently travelled to East Malaysia, this was his first trip to Brunei.  He says that he looks forward to more visits to this exciting and beautiful destination.

f you require an in-house or public course anywhere in South East or East Asia, please contact us by email or fax with some details of your requirements.
