Value Realisation Group (VRG) is a group of senior practitioners with both breadth and depth of industry experience in functional and cross functional management, project management, consulting and education. We assist organisations to obtain value from their planning, management approaches, initiatives, ensure alignment with strategic objectives and improve operational effectiveness.

Management Consulting

Our aim is to work with you to develop or improve your processes, interactions and internal capability so you can achieve higher business value. We have a range of experience and a variety of techniques including the interactive executive workshops.
