Company Staff - Meet our Consulting Associates The Project Managers Network is a joint venture of John Flynn and Terry Quanborough, two Sydney-based management consultants with extensive experience managing large projects and consultancy firms in Australia and abroad. They are assisted by their Singapore based associate, Harold Ainsworth, who provides additional support with clients in the Asia Pacific region. They are principally engaged in consulting and project management assignments with large organisations, but also conduct public training courses in association with professional associations and universities, as well as project reviews, project recovery and project management mentoring and assessment assignments for corporate and government clients. A primary objective of their consulting and training work is to establish within project teams the project disciplines which reduce company risk and increase the likelihood of completing projects on time, in budget and to a high quality result. They are assisted by a wide network of technical specialists and experienced consulting associates who are available for short term or long term projects. |
