All our courses are fully aligned with the US Project Management Institute's
PMBOK™ Guide as
well as the relevant levels of Australia's National Competency
Standard for Project Management (NCSPM).
Each of these courses is offered in-house to groups ranging in size from
6 to 16 attendees. We provide comprehensive workbooks, a case
study and sample solutions to many team activities that take your staff
through the entire range of skills required to manage projects
competently.
We can also provide assessment services to assist your project managers
gain accreditation with the Australian Institute of Project Management
or mentoring to prepare for the Project Management Institute's PMP®
exam. In association with other accredited training organisations
(RTOs), we can conduct assessments to help candidates obtain a
government recognised Certificate IV or Diploma in project management.
Training For Individuals
We also cater to individuals by offering our major project management
courses to the general public in Sydney, Australia, through the University of
Sydney's Centre for Continuing Education, with whom we have worked for
the past 10 years.
The University provides
an efficient way in which you can register for our regular two day
course, Project Management Essentials, and our advanced 3 day course,
Project Management - the Complete Guide, which is ideal for those preparing
for accreditation with the PMI or AIPM. The University also offers
our Microsoft Project, Stakeholder Management, Project Risk Management and Making the Business
Case workshops for those requiring more specialised skills.

that all bookings and cancellations are handled exclusively by the

Courses offered by the University are exactly the same as those offered
by us in-house and are conducted by our company's principals or our
experienced associates. PMI members can receive PDUs by requesting
a course code from their presenter.
