Terry Quanborough

Terry has over 30 years experience in the IT industry in Project Management, Line Management, Consulting and Training roles.

His areas of recent focus have been:

·  PM training across a number of countries  

·  establishing or operating Program and Project Offices,  

·  managing the tender /bid process and vendor evaluation

·  Health Checks of Projects 

John has over 30 years experience in IT systems development , Project and Quality Management and consulting.  His roles have covered systems developer, Project Manager, business manager and consultant.

Areas of recent experience include;

· Independent quality management across multiple projects for several organisations

· Establishing Project Offices

· Implementing Quality Management systems and preparing organisations for certification to Australian and ISO standards

· Mentoring Project Managers

· Project Review and Audits

Andrew Pursey

Andrew has over 30 years international experience in senior Information Systems and technology management roles, primarily in manufacturing and distribution, plus consulting. 

His recent experience covers:

· Management responsibility for project coordination and review as a function of his IS Management roles

· Project coordination for identification of business needs, selection of appropriate solutions and implementation of new business systems for the US division of an Australian multi-national manufacturing company

· Review of systems and processes for the in-flight services division of a major Australian airline

· Review of business needs for Supply Chain Management systems for a pharmaceutical company, followed by scoping of project and development of the project plan

· Mentoring Project Managers
